As 2019 closed, AAHKS provided CMS with comments on their proposal for substantive changes to the Physician Self-Referral law (Stark law). Much of our comments focus on proposed changes to different thresholds and safeguards for financial risk agreements related to the Stark law, as well as an unclear proposal for drug pricing, among other issues.
