AAHKS Comments on MA Prior Auth Information Collection Request

This week, AAHKS submitted a comment letter to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Parts C and D Oversight and Enforcement Group in response to its Information Collection Request on Medicare Part C Utilization Management Annual Data Submission and Audit Protocol Data. The aim of the letter is to ensure effective and robust enforcement of utilization management (UM) regulations applicable to Medicare Advantage (MA) plans.
