AAHKS President Bryan D. Springer, MD and Health Policy Chair Adam J. Rana, MD traveled to Washington DC this week to meet with House and Senate members and staff, as well as CMS staff to discussion Congressional priorities for 118th Congress and the Administration including options for physician payment reform including inflationary payment updates, the future of alternative payment models, Prior Authorization and site of service decision making as well as the continuing institutional consolidation within health care.
