This week AAHKS joined nearly 100 health care professional societies in writing to Congress about the broken Medicare payment system. The signatories urge Congress to work with the physician community to make long-term reform to Medicare payment models, including the physician fee schedule and absence of inflationary updates, burdens of reporting and practice overhead and more.
