Update on Abstract Submission Status

AAHKS received more than 2,000 original, unpublished research abstracts for podiums and poster presentations at the 2023 AAHKS Annual Meeting – a record number! Almost 200 surgeons volunteered as peer reviewers to rate the blinded abstracts; their scores were tallied to identify the highest scoring research. Authors can expect to hear more about the status of their abstracts in August. The initial round of Podium Presentations invitations has been sent to top-rated abstracts; invitations for Poster Presentations (both live and virtual) will be sent next, followed by communications to authors whose abstracts were not accepted.
